To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th match minute, CENTRAL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Loi to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, Teo Cordarell fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sergio Lluciano, passed just outside the right post. If Alfonso Loi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to CENTRAL FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Fernando Eutor hit a great ball. After 25 minutes, Teo Cordarell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CENTRAL FC and the Punisher VG players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Punisher VG booed when CENTRAL FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Cordarell didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Froilan Froila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a rather tough play, CENTRAL FC's Clemente Niva got a free kick in the 55th minute. Froilan Froila was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Punisher VG's Severiano Gabrio got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Alfonso Loi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Teo Cordarell managed to get in a good position for a shot. CENTRAL FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teo Cordarell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergio Lluciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Jose Walme managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Punisher VG's Froilan Froila fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Teo Cordarell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
