After 17 minutes, Miguel Haimar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Pomelo FC and the REAL MADRID players grew even worse after the yellow card. REAL MADRID's Teobaldo Jacindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Misael in the 23rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pablo Bertran in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teobaldo Jacindo saved REAL MADRID from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Lorien in the 92nd minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo FC's goalkeeper Elvio Neron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes Deportivo Pomelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Haimar. After having played for 95 minutes, Prospero Hodei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REAL MADRID's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prospero Hodei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute Silvestre Ostargi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Neron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deportivo Pomelo FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
