The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Mailín's Emiliano Larra got a free kick in the 4th minute. When Mailín's Severino Ereinotz in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye juventud peronista's goalie prevented a goal. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mailín's goalkeeper Rene Eron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Severino Ereinotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Urtsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Baumar in the 14th minute of the match. Valentin Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Oliviero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Jose Oliviero took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rene Eron to make any attempt to save it. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind juventud peronista's goalkeeper Miguel Urtsin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valentin Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Eron having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mailín's Emiliano Larra got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute of the match Jacinto Fagildo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rene Eron skillfully saved the ball. In the 35th minute, juventud peronista's Jose Oliviero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rene Eron. Rene Eron yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Miguel Urtsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Baumar in the 39th minute of the match. In the 44th minute Severino Ereinotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Urtsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Oliviero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Rene Eron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severino Ereinotz to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes juventud peronista's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Rio who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Rio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Miguel Urtsin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some careless play in the Mailín defense, Valentin Batista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rene Eron. The Mailín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rene Eron should have stopped the shot. 65 minutes into the game, Fermin Silbestre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. juventud peronista's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mailín the free kick. The supporters of Mailín booed when juventud peronista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Silbestre didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Jaime Rio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mailín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave juventud peronista the free kick. Valentin Batista might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Eron. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentin Batista ran back to his position shaking his head. Rene Eron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of juventud peronista booed when Mailín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Larra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jose Oliviero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rene Eron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81stth minute of the game Jose Oliviero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mailín's Rene Eron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 86 minutes, Valentin Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. juventud peronista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Batista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jose Oliviero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Mailín's Severino Ereinotz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Miguel Urtsin. That made the score 4-1 after 95 minutes of play. When the referee ended the match the juventud peronista players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
