Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Camarones's Jairo Blasi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Serafin Pelagius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Godoy during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Palantelén's Herminio Servando got a free kick in the 15th minute. After having played for 16 minutes, Marcos Intxixu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Camarones's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Intxixu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafin Pelagius struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Cayetano Pes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palantelén. Herminio Servando kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Herminio Servando notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Camarones's Cayetano Pes. Cayetano Pes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Ignacio Urbez came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Palantelén fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Urbez couldn't finish the play. In the 46th match minute, Camarones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Godoy to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardo Montxo was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Camarones's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gregorio Chale was slow to take the kick. During this time Palantelén's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gregorio Chale got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cayetano Pes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Serafin Pelagius struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Palantelén's zone, Jairo Blasi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Urtsin came out of the goal and Jairo Blasi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herminio Servando kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Palantelén defense, Jairo Blasi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amancio Urtsin. The Palantelén fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amancio Urtsin should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute, Ramon Timo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gregorio Chale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Pelagius in the 70th minute of play forced Camarones's goalkeeper Cayetano Pes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Palantelén booed when Camarones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Gerazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gregorio Chale came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Palantelén fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Chale couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Camarones's Cayetano Pes got control of the ball when Bernardo Montxo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 82nd minute Serafin Pelagius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Pes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cayetano Pes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ignacio Urbez in the 84th minute. Eustacio Urtun scored 3-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amancio Urtsin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Herminio Servando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Pes having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Camarones could leave the field as winners, despite Palantelén having more of the ball for most of the match.
