Feliberto Tercero came out and tried to block the shot, but Cleto Lertxun slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charles Vedholm got free with Feliberto Tercero in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as La Debacle del Sur FC's Cleto Lertxun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Feliberto Tercero. That made the score 3-0 after 26 minutes of play. If Leandro Iago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cleto Lertxun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Feliberto Tercero made a huge save. Cleto Lertxun took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feliberto Tercero. Feliberto Tercero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leandro Iago stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enzo Errolan hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. If Edgardo Licerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohamed Ben Cavalli made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Mario Osasun sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute, Atletico San Severo's Haroldo Tadzio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mohamed Ben Cavalli. Mohamed Ben Cavalli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Leandro Iago struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Mohamed Ben Cavalli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico San Severo. 71 minutes into the match, La Debacle del Sur FC's goalkeeper Mohamed Ben Cavalli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Osasun. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Licerio in the 88th minute of play forced Atletico San Severo's goalkeeper Feliberto Tercero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 91 minutes on the clock, Haroldo Tadzio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 91st minute, Haroldo Tadzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico San Severo's zone, Enzo Intxixu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Tercero came out of the goal and Enzo Intxixu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 93 played minutes Atletico San Severo got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Gorosti.
