C.A. Nueva Chicago's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albano Tavio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jimeno Veronica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Jeronimo Banegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, C.A. Nueva Chicago's goalkeeper Savas Kanonidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Selmo. Jeronimo Banegas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Mogel's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After 28 minutes, Ruperto Bernad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Florida AFC and the C.A. Nueva Chicago players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Bernad got free with Savas Kanonidis in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Savas Kanonidis was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Enzo Marz. Jeronimo Banegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Veronica in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, C.A. Nueva Chicago's goalkeeper Savas Kanonidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Selmo. A hard shot by Isaias Lope from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Savas Kanonidis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Savas Kanonidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Selmo in the 46th minute of the match. Savas Kanonidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Selmo in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimeno Veronica stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Florida AFC booed when C.A. Nueva Chicago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Bernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 52 minutes, Albano Tavio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Florida AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Tavio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 played minutes C.A. Nueva Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Vela. In the 64thth minute of the game Ruperto Bernad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Nueva Chicago's Savas Kanonidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruperto Bernad in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Savas Kanonidis saved C.A. Nueva Chicago from getting behind. A collision led to Florida AFC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Tomas Belo hit a great ball. Elias Mogel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Jeronimo Banegas made a huge save. Jairo Vela hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute of the match Isaias Lope shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Savas Kanonidis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Savas Kanonidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruperto Bernad's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Savas Kanonidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Tavio in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Veronica in the 89th minute of play forced Florida AFC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Banegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Mogel in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jeronimo Banegas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 93rd minute, Enzo Marz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, C.A. Nueva Chicago's Jimeno Veronica sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeronimo Banegas narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
