Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Romulo Constancio took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd play minute Marco Guimarães came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bernabe Selmo. 1-0. Nestor C. Kirchner's Bernabe Selmo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Nestor C. Kirchner from getting a goal against them. Benigno Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Lucado in the 15th minute of play. The Los ultravioletas fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Los ultravioletas's Romulo Constancio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Paul in the 21st minute of play forced Los ultravioletas's goalkeeper Benigno Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benigno Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Francis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes, Bob Jedal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los ultravioletas and the Nestor C. Kirchner players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nestor C. Kirchner booed when Los ultravioletas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bob Jedal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascual Lucado took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benigno Vargas. Benigno Vargas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 32 minutes into the game, Romulo Constancio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernabe Selmo. Romulo Constancio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. After a rather tough play, Nestor C. Kirchner's Eloy Paul got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Eloy Paul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Bernabe Selmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Fidel Beltxe put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Los ultravioletas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nestor C. Kirchner:s goal. Teo Suero placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Benigno Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Lucado in the 59th minute of play. When Armando Etxekopar fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los ultravioletas's protests and gave Armando Etxekopar a yellow card for diving instead. After 68 played minutes Los ultravioletas got a freekick which was hit by Armando Etxekopar. After having played for 77 minutes, Marco Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los ultravioletas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Guimarães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Los ultravioletas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
