Flemming Mierelle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Guaberto Giro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atletico River Plate's Anselmo Fernandes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guaberto Giro. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Ailen Fc's Guaberto Giro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Ailen Fc from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justo Pacifico got free with Guaberto Giro in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Primitivo Eufrasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Emeterio having to interfere. When Orlando Orkatz fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico River Plate's protests and gave Orlando Orkatz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ailen Fc booed when Club Atletico River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Orkatz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute Primitivo Eufrasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Emeterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaberto Giro came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico River Plate's 谢辉岩. But to his dismay, 谢辉岩 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Guaberto Giro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Pacifico in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Ailen Fc's German Eleazar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed German Eleazar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ailen Fc protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and German Eleazar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Club Atletico River Plate. Florentino Manny stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Guaberto Giro. 4-0.

Guaberto Giro came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico River Plate's Anselmo Fernandes. But to his dismay, Anselmo Fernandes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 59th minute, Manuel Benet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guaberto Giro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Pacifico in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Club Atletico River Plate booed when Ailen Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Eriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Primitivo Eufrasio kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Ailen Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Eriz to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Anselmo Fernandes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guaberto Giro was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After 76 minutes of play, Club Atletico River Plate's Anselmo Fernandes made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guaberto Giro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guaberto Giro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 谢辉岩 went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Ailen Fc getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Primitivo Eufrasio hit a great ball. Guaberto Giro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Pacifico, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 89 played minutes Ailen Fc got a freekick which was hit by German Maurin. Guaberto Giro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Fernandes went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Club Atletico River Plate's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
