If Manuel Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hernan Bento hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. River Plate's Marco Gumaro got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aris Fotakos in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcial Chuse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Joseph came free, but 叶城旭 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, River Plate's Camilo Ipar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Camilo Ipar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of River Plate protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Camilo Ipar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Aris Fotakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Segundo Abeita's late challenge caught a Sunchal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Segundo Abeita helped the player get up and apologised. The wind increased when Aris Fotakos made the kick off in the second half. Manuel Ayala hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 57 played minutes Aris Fotakos could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-3 into the left cross. Manuel Ayala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Marcial Chuse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sunchal booed when River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aris Fotakos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Sunchal's goal looked a bit too open when Aris Fotakos came free, but Marcial Chuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aris Fotakos in the 85th minute of play forced Sunchal's goalkeeper Marcial Chuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Ayala during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, River Plate's Manuel Ayala got a free kick in the 91st minute. Aris Fotakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Marcial Chuse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the game, Aris Fotakos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcial Chuse. Aris Fotakos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. River Plate played a much better game than Sunchal and deserved their victory. The Sunchal players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
