Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Atlas's Diego Urtzi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Arocena AFC's Gualterio Gergori got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute Edelmiro Fortun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Tercero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosendo Panfilo's late challenge caught a Arocena AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Panfilo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Arocena AFC booed when Atlas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Panfilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Hernando came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlas's Diego Urtzi. But to his dismay, Diego Urtzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Atlas's Eriberto Tercero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Fortun in the 21st minute of play. Eriberto Tercero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Fortun in the 27th minute of play. Eriberto Tercero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edelmiro Fortun went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 43rd minute, Lisandro Chago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arocena AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. The Atlas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Arocena AFC were winning 2-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gualterio Gergori to strike the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Hernando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Urtzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute 江亮益 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Hernando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlas's Eriberto Tercero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Gergori in the 58th minute of play. If Edelmiro Ciceron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Rosendo Panfilo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Hernando. Arocena AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rosendo Panfilo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. Edelmiro Fortun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Eriberto Tercero made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Urtzi in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodolfo Hernando saved Arocena AFC from getting behind. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlas's goalkeeper Eriberto Tercero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edelmiro Fortun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Eriberto Tercero made a huge save. 83 minutes into the match, Edelmiro Fortun notched a goal, 3-5, to the right of Atlas's Eriberto Tercero. Eriberto Tercero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Arocena AFC's Severo Bernebe got a free kick in the 85th minute. The supporters of Atlas booed when Arocena AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Fortun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arocena AFC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Atlas's much stronger midfield.
