Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Augusto Iratzeder started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Augusto Iratzeder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clodoveo Ilixo was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Anibal Bortzaioriz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italbate AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anibal Bortzaioriz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Efraim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roberto Efraim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Bortzaioriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Clodoveo Ilixo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvio Macario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clodoveo Ilixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Bilintx in the 19th minute of play. Danilo Bilintx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Ilixo having to interfere. Italbate AFC's Anibal Bortzaioriz got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 30 minutes, Anibal Bortzaioriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italbate AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anibal Bortzaioriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute Danilo Bilintx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Ilixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Italbate AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Bilintx came free, but Clodoveo Ilixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Italbate AFC's Marco Gergori made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roberto Efraim was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Danilo Bilintx managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA Independencia's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Bilintx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clodoveo Ilixo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 48th match minute, Italbate AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Montxo to maneuver through the defense. Danilo Bilintx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Ilixo having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anibal Bortzaioriz made a kick off. A collision led to Italbate AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Guido Fresco hit a great ball. In the 59th minute Augusto Iratzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Ilixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Efraim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Gergori in the 64th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Italbate AFC got a freekick which was hit by Guido Fresco. After recieving a nice pass, CA Independencia's Silvio Macario tried to score from far away in the 71st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Italbate AFC's Clodoveo Ilixo got control of the ball when Danilo Bilintx tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augusto Iratzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Ilixo having to interfere. After 77 played minutes Italbate AFC got a freekick which was hit by Guido Fresco. Carolo Montxo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Danilo Bilintx spun around in front of the goal 85 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Italbate AFC's goal. Roberto Efraim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Bortzaioriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto Efraim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Gergori, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Italbate AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
