If Atilano Herauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bermejo FC's Celestino Nastasio got his second yellow card of the match in the 28th minute. The referee ordered Celestino Nastasio off the ground. In the 29th match minute, Bermejo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Nastasio to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Altona AFC's goalkeeper Horacio Tino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 35 minutes, Ramiro Guillelmus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altona AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Guillelmus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th match minute, Bermejo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Hever to maneuver through the defense. Domingos Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Maura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Orixe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Horacio Tino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Altona AFC booed when Bermejo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Telesforo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Benigno Loreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The supporters of Bermejo FC booed when Altona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Clemencin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Atilano Herauso came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Bermejo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Herauso couldn't finish the play. Cirilo Orixe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Bermejo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Gorosti came free, but Domingos Terciero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 minutes, David Rio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bermejo FC and the Altona AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th match minute, Bermejo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Rio to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Bermejo FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. David Rio hit a great ball. Freddy Geleberto kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Ruperto Gorosti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altona AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Gorosti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78th minute, Ruperto Gorosti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Altona AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Orixe came free, but Horacio Tino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro Guillelmus ran back to his position shaking his head. Altona AFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Bermejo FC to leave the ground with a draw.
