A very good chance for a goal. Argentina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Club San Martin the free kick. Gerardo Firmin hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, Leandro Martxel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Juan Amato. A throw-in in the 46th minute of the game was made by Enrique Nunes with Gerardo Firmin as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulises Urko couldn't finish the play. Atletico Club San Martin's Juan Amato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Bixintxo in the 79th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Atletico Club San Martin's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Urko came free, but Juan Amato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
