Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Christian Eli got the match started through his kick off. Christian Eli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saul Castel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Cristian Aimar hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Segundo Lawrence managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pillahuincó's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Lawrence was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Castel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Aimar kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in OKTOBER 1979's zone, Christian Eli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Castel came out of the goal and Christian Eli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, OKTOBER 1979's Elpidio Steven got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Enzo Sindo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Saul Castel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elpidio Steven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Cornelio Presebal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Eli took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saul Castel. Saul Castel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Christian Eli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saul Castel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Lawrence in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes, Gregorio Teodor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pillahuincó and the OKTOBER 1979 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pillahuincó getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Gregorio Teodor hit a great ball. Cornelio Presebal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Steven in the 26th minute of the match. Elpidio Steven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Cornelio Presebal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pillahuincó's Enzo Sindo got a free kick in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, OKTOBER 1979's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Eli came free, but Saul Castel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Eli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Elpidio Steven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elpidio Steven stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cornelio Presebal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Lawrence, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saul Castel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Cresconio, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Gregorio Teodor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When OKTOBER 1979's Elpidio Steven in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pillahuincó's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elpidio Steven in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Presebal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Elpidio Steven put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cornelio Presebal. Isidoro Cresconio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Segundo Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Lawrence could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Saul Castel made a huge save. When OKTOBER 1979's Elpidio Steven in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pillahuincó's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Steven in the 80th minute of play forced Pillahuincó's goalkeeper Cornelio Presebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Segundo Lawrence came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Pillahuincó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Segundo Lawrence couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Pillahuincó getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Isidoro Cresconio hit a great ball. Elpidio Steven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Presebal having to interfere. Segundo Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleto Urtungo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
