Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Elpidio Steven took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lucio Lawrence's late challenge caught a Hakuna matata's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Lawrence helped the player get up and apologised. After 4 played minutes OKTOBER 1979 got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Lawrence. Saul Castel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Montxo in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute Elpidio Steven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Iruinea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Iruinea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Steven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hakuna matata's Arsenio Iruinea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Hakuna matata from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the game, Cristian Aimar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arsenio Iruinea. Cristian Aimar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 16th minute, Elpidio Steven reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arsenio Iruinea. The goal made the score 2-0. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Elpidio Steven took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Arsenio Iruinea to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Hakuna matata's Narciso Pereyra got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Herminio Montxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Castel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saul Castel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Cordeara in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Frederico Ribeiro notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of OKTOBER 1979's Saul Castel. Saul Castel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind OKTOBER 1979's goalkeeper Saul Castel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arsenio Iruinea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Steven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hakuna matata's Arsenio Iruinea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Hakuna matata from getting a goal against them. In the 48th minute, Frederico Ribeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saul Castel was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2.

The wind increased when Herminio Montxo made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Steven in the 54th minute of play forced Hakuna matata's goalkeeper Arsenio Iruinea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 played minutes OKTOBER 1979 got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Aimar. Saul Castel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Ribeiro in the 61st minute of play. Hakuna matata's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcelino Cordeara in the 64th minute. Nicolas Claude tried in the 64th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Saul Castel a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 3-3. After 68 minutes, Nicolas Claude mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OKTOBER 1979 and the Hakuna matata players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in OKTOBER 1979 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, Hakuna matata's Freddy Formerio got a free kick in the 71st minute. Arsenio Iruinea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeronimo Olayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, OKTOBER 1979's goalkeeper Saul Castel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herminio Montxo. Saul Castel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Montxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Elpidio Steven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Iruinea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Hakuna matata's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Steven came free, but Arsenio Iruinea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Lucio Lawrence left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OKTOBER 1979 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-4. The supporters of Hakuna matata booed when OKTOBER 1979 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Urtungo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeronimo Olayo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Hakuna matata's Damian Paulin got a free kick in the 88th minute.
