The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eleuterio Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, Eleuterio Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th match minute, Los Negros De Camote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Silvanito to maneuver through the defense. Los Negros De Camote's Damaso Fraco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Gaizko in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ismael Gaizko in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damaso Fraco saved Los Negros De Camote from getting behind. Tu Marido Futbol Club's Hipolito Gora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Irrintzi in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Godofredo Irrintzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Negros De Camote's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tu Marido Futbol Club the free kick. After 26 played minutes Tu Marido Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Gonsalvo. Tu Marido Futbol Club's Hipolito Gora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Lope in the 27th minute of play. Damaso Fraco came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Tu Marido Futbol Club's Anselmo Dayam. But to his dismay, Anselmo Dayam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Damaso Fraco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Dayam in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Eliseo Castulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Gora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damaso Fraco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Dayam, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Los Negros De Camote's Edelmiro Martino was substituted for Benedicto Tuste. 51 minutes into the game, Nereo Aragones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Negros De Camote's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tu Marido Futbol Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, Los Negros De Camote's Nereo Aragones got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Los Negros De Camote's Damaso Fraco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Gaizko in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Los Negros De Camote's Luis Silvanito seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Luis Silvanito the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Los Negros De Camote protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Luis Silvanito had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 56th minute, one of Los Negros De Camote:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Negros De Camote. When the match had been going on for 58 minutes, Tu Marido Futbol Club's Hilario Pirro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Damaso Fraco. Cosme Lope scored 2-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hipolito Gora, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cosme Lope's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hipolito Gora read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Ismael Gaizko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tu Marido Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Damaso Fraco made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Ismael Gaizko sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute, Cosme Lope got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cosme Lope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Gora having to interfere. The supporters of Tu Marido Futbol Club booed when Los Negros De Camote was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Selatse didn't get a good kick on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Eleuterio Vidal in the 87th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Negros De Camote's Edelmiro Martino. Cosme Lope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hipolito Gora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Lope in the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Lope in the 94th minute of play forced Tu Marido Futbol Club's goalkeeper Hipolito Gora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Negros De Camote's Cosme Lope got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Although Los Negros De Camote had been in control for most of the match, Tu Marido Futbol Club still came away with the win.
