The throw-in from Hermengildo Xabat in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Almagro's Domingo Kauldi. Geronimo Belarmo hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Marciano Sancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Nesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Barcelona F.C. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Gavino Macerio hit a great ball. The Barcelona F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Barcelona F.C.'s Hermengildo Xabat looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hermengildo Xabat succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 24th playminute. Marciano Sancho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saturnino Nesto's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Barcelona F.C.'s Gavino Macerio got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes, Saturnino Nesto made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Barcelona F.C.'s Marciano Sancho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saturnino Nesto was the one to do the kick off. Amador Adrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Xabat, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Amador Adrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Belarmo in the 63rd minute of the match. Saturnino Nestos short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Marciano Sancho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Club Almagro were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Barcelona F.C. to leave the ground with a draw.
