Adrian Emmanuel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ruperto Colon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Boedo getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Benito Gabrio hit a great ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Adrian Emmanuel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galacticos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Emmanuel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Generoso Hechter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Boedo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! Roque Gonza shot the penalty kick right outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Hechter in the 36th minute of play forced Boedo's goalkeeper Ruperto Colon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Emmanuel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ruperto Colon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silverio Sanson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Maule, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Maule stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Boedo getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Saverio Remir hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Jorge Maule managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Maule was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silverio Sanson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felipe Sanson kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of Boedo booed when Galacticos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Sanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Candido Montrel could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Silverio Sanson however easily saved by the left post. When Gaston Galindo fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boedo's protests and gave Gaston Galindo a yellow card for diving instead. Gaston Galindo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Emmanuel in the 71st minute of play forced Boedo's goalkeeper Ruperto Colon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosendo Amaya hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Generoso Hechter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute.
