Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rikard Panadić in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Justo Peter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Isaac Magdaleno successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Fuerza Aerea Argentina's zone, Anastasio Gonzales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justo Peter came out of the goal and Anastasio Gonzales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 28 played minutes FC Krylia Sovetov got a freekick which was hit by Moises Goiz. 31 minutes into the match, Higinio Rivas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaac Magdaleno. FC Krylia Sovetov's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Higinio Rivas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Aquiles Presebal fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fuerza Aerea Argentina's protests and gave Aquiles Presebal a yellow card for diving instead. Aquiles Presebal hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Vladimiro Ugutz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Peter having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carmelo Bitxintxo during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 39 played minutes FC Krylia Sovetov got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Bitxintxo. In the 42nd minute, Rikard Panadić made a precise shot to the right of Justo Peter. Fuerza Aerea Argentina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Rikard Panadić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Fuerza Aerea Argentina's Victoriano Oliveiro in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victoriano Oliveiro in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaac Magdaleno saved FC Krylia Sovetov from getting behind. Serafin Conrao made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Rikard Panadić. Rikard Panadić did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Justo Peter 74 minutes into the match. Justo Peter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rikard Panadić's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Oliveiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaac Magdaleno was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After having played for 86 minutes, Vladimiro Ugutz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Krylia Sovetov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Ugutz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Krylia Sovetov's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
