Elias Baladi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Brown de Adrogue's zone, Jeronimo Oro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Baladi came out of the goal and Jeronimo Oro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Telo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Brown de Adrogue's Elias Baladi. Elias Baladi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Orlando Birila fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Polvaredas's protests and gave Orlando Birila a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Polvaredas getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Orlando Birila hit a great ball. Brown de Adrogue's Arturo Vincent got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
