Everardo Goyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atretico Rachi Plate. A collision led to Thames AFC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ivan Chale hit a great ball. Tobias Truylos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Goyo having to interfere. Cosme Teofilio came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Thames AFC's Anier Baumar. But to his dismay, Anier Baumar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 14 played minutes Thames AFC got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Cayo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anier Baumar got free with Cosme Teofilio in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tobias Truylos scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Everardo Goyo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute, Anier Baumar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anier Baumar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Cosme Teofilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Ignacio Nafarroa made a precise shot to the right of Everardo Goyo. Thames AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The wind increased when Ruperto Maties made the kick off in the second half. Club Atretico Rachi Plate's Cosme Teofilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Baumar in the 52nd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Thames AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Truylos came free, but Everardo Goyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cirilo Nesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Everardo Goyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Tobias Truylos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atretico Rachi Plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Truylos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Everardo Goyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Baumar in the 64th minute of play forced Club Atretico Rachi Plate's goalkeeper Cosme Teofilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Thames AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Truylos came free, but Everardo Goyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobias Truylos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 92 played minutes, Thames AFC's Edgardo Cayo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cosme Teofilio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Thames AFC reached it. Tobias Truylos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atretico Rachi Plate's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
