In the 8th minute, Celestino Chap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Celestino Chap fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pichanal AFC's protests and gave Celestino Chap a yellow card for diving instead. If Eustacio Sidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Sidro in the 24th minute of play forced Bossi AFC's goalkeeper Armando Clementi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dionisio Txomin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 33 minutes into the game, one of Bossi AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eriberto Breogan walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Eriberto Breogan hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Bossi AFC's Angelo Abascal got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 39 minutes, Concetto Frabetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bossi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Concetto Frabetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Eustacio Sidro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 44 minutes, Celestino Chap managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichanal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celestino Chap was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armando Clementi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Sidro in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fred Håkansson to make the kick off. Pichanal AFC's Angelino Markel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Pichanal AFC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 53 minutes, Concetto Frabetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bossi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Concetto Frabetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Dimo in the 59th minute of play forced Bossi AFC's goalkeeper Armando Clementi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 minutes, Eustacio Sidro made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bossi AFC's Armando Clementi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 66 minutes, Angelo Abascal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bossi AFC and the Pichanal AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th match minute, Bossi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Abascal to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute Eustacio Sidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Clementi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Clementi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Txomin in the 70th minute of the match. Santiago Tercero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dionisio Txomin during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th minute Eustacio Sidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Clementi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustacio Sidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Clementi having to interfere. Eustacio Sidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Pichanal AFC's Dionisio Txomin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Clementi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustacio Sidro in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Clementi saved Bossi AFC from getting behind. If Dionisio Txomin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Pichanal AFC's goalkeeper Angelino Markel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Concetto Frabetti. Pichanal AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
