Eugenio Jerrold was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gilvan Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pegasano FC's Narciso Urtzi got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When Fermin Pierres came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the FEPUT A.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Pierres couldn't finish the play. If Primitivo Panpili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Teodoro Erlantz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Jerrold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Andreas Midtun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Teodoro Erlantz sped through Pegasano FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugenio Jerrold. Primitivo Panpili in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Godofredo Alvarez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

In the 51st minute, Narciso Urtzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Panpili in the 56th minute of play forced FEPUT A.C.'s goalkeeper Godofredo Alvarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 played minutes FEPUT A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Erlantz. In the 63rd minute Primitivo Panpili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Alvarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godofredo Alvarez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godofredo Balesio went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Teodoro Erlantz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Eugenio Jerrold made a huge save. Godofredo Alvarez came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Pegasano FC's Primitivo Panpili. But to his dismay, Primitivo Panpili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Primitivo Panpili managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pegasano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Panpili was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Alvarez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the game, Pegasano FC's Enzo Ixaka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Godofredo Alvarez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Primitivo Panpili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FEPUT A.C. booed when Pegasano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Urtzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Primitivo Panpili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pegasano FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
