Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eliseu Coutinho started the match with the kick off. A collision led to J.N RIO CEBALLOS getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Cristo Chabier hit a great ball. After 3 played minutes J.N RIO CEBALLOS got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Chabier. Agustin Gines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Geronimo Sergi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Amberes's Ivan Neto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 11 played minutes Amberes got a freekick which was hit by Octavian Blidaru. Cristo Chabier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Arnalt having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Amberes's zone, Cristo Chabier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romulo Arnalt came out of the goal and Cristo Chabier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eliseu Coutinho struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Geronimo Sergi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amberes. Emilio Moise hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Cristo Chabier scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romulo Arnalt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rd minute, Fabio Matei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Matei kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Cristo Chabier made the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Eliseu Coutinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but J.N RIO CEBALLOS's Geronimo Sergi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 54th minute Cristo Chabier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Arnalt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Humberto Ruy came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the J.N RIO CEBALLOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Ruy couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Eliseu Coutinho sped through J.N RIO CEBALLOS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Geronimo Sergi. Eliseu Coutinho struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Geronimo Sergi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amberes. Cristo Chabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A nice corner shot did that Fabio Matei got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Geronimo Sergi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eliseu Coutinho struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Geronimo Sergi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amberes. If Agustin Gines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amberes's Eliseu Coutinho got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th match minute, J.N RIO CEBALLOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Lluterio to maneuver through the defense. Romulo Arnalt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Ruy went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Amberes had won after a very even match.
