Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gerardo Gonsalve kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Gonsalve in the 6th minute of play forced El Lucero FC's goalkeeper Leo Baladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 minutes El Lucero FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabricio Bibiano who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Los Perdedores's corner Fabricio Bibiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leo Baladi quite easily take care of the ball. Leo Baladi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Csapó, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Gerardo Gonsalve had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Baladi. El Lucero FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gerardo Gonsalve was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Arnulfo Constancio hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the game, Erich Jost was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Lucero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Perdedores the free kick. In the 17th match minute, El Lucero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erich Jost to maneuver through the defense. Erich Jost got his second yellow card in the match during the 21st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Los Perdedores booed when El Lucero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erich Jost didn't get a good kick on the ball. El Lucero FC's Leo Baladi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Gonsalve in the 24th minute of play. After 25 played minutes El Lucero FC got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Lamberto. Leo Baladi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Gonsalve in the 26th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Gerardo Gonsalve made a precise shot to the right of Leo Baladi. El Lucero FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnulfo Constancio made a kick off. The supporters of Los Perdedores booed when El Lucero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Ovando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Paskal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leo Baladi. El Lucero FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 59 minutes into the game, when Guillermo Maraman put in a rough tackle. 59 minutes into the game, one of El Lucero FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Leo Baladi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Csapó, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Los Perdedores's zone, Pablo Constancio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Pinto came out of the goal and Pablo Constancio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Lucero FC's goalkeeper Leo Baladi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Horacio Pietro hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Dominik Niezywy kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Ruperto Nayely got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Baladi made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Gerardo Gonsalve sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of El Lucero FC booed when Los Perdedores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Pietro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leo Baladi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruperto Nayely went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Leo Baladi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Csapó in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the El Lucero FC defense, Ruperto Nayely kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leo Baladi. The El Lucero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Baladi should have stopped the shot. In the 96th minute, Amado Ovando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
