Bernabe Tuste didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Prudencio Claus went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Marcial Hever recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prudencio Claus in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernabe Tuste saved Imperio from getting behind. If Prudencio Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcial Hever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Tuste having to interfere. Prudencio Claus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernabe Tuste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Claus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Prudencio Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half Posadas were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Tiburcio Admon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Gurutz's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Abel Constancio charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Constancio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Imperio:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Posadas:s goal. After a rather tough play, Imperio's Cosme Medardo got a free kick in the 68th minute. The long shot by Oscar Navarro in the 69th minute really tested Bernabe Tuste's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prudencio Claus in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernabe Tuste saved Imperio from getting behind. Tiburcio Admon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Nerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Imperio's Bernabe Tuste proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Imperio from getting a goal against them. After 85 played minutes Imperio got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Medardo. A hard shot 97 in the game by Marcial Hever from a close distance when the talented Bernabe Tuste managed to make a qualified save. Imperio's players were relieved. If Tomás Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Posadas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Imperio.
