In the 12thth minute of the game Gonzalo Rumaldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manuzz's Ramiro Xabat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Corolina's Lisandro Edorta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Txomin in the 13th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Manuzz's Rosendo Txomin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Gonzalo Rumaldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramiro Xabat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Rosendo Txomin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Lisandro Edorta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Corolina's Gonzalo Rumaldo in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramiro Xabat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zacarias Berto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Xabat having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzalo Rumaldo in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramiro Xabat saved Manuzz from getting behind. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonzalo Rumaldo was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Corolina booed when Manuzz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Laurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceferino Vela took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ramiro Xabat. Manuzz's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With his leg Ramiro Xabat managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Corolina's Gonzalo Rumaldo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Maximo Urbez hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Amador Oliviero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro Xabat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Kiss in the 59th minute. Lisandro Edorta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Viator in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Manuzz's Marciano Viator nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lisandro Edorta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 71st minute Gonzalo Rumaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Xabat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzalo Rumaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Xabat having to interfere. When Marciano Viator came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Manuzz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Viator couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Manuzz's zone, Gonzalo Rumaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Xabat came out of the goal and Gonzalo Rumaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Kiss during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Corolina's Erik Kiss got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Manuzz walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
