The supporters of C.A JUNIN booed when Kumpican was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Lleir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Jakobe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Gorosti having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Eleuterio Cordeal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in C.A JUNIN's zone, Gavino Jakobe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blas Gorosti came out of the goal and Gavino Jakobe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the match, C.A JUNIN's Edgardo Deunoro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeo Goi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emmanuel Armenta might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tadeo Goi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emmanuel Armenta ran back to his position shaking his head. Edgardo Deunoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Tadeo Goi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavino Jakobe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Gorosti having to interfere. With a little luck, Kumpican's Tadeo Goi got control of the ball when Niceto Aurre tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paolo Rufo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Tadeo Goi was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Edgardo Deunoro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edgardo Deunoro really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 41 minutes into the match, Emmanuel Armenta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeo Goi. Kumpican's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emmanuel Armenta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. A collision led to C.A JUNIN getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Paolo Rufo hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paolo Lore to make the kick off. If Eleuterio Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th match minute, Kumpican was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Abalos to maneuver through the defense. Tadeo Goi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Deunoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. A hard shot by Haroldo Lleir from long distance, 68 minutes into the match, got Blas Gorosti's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to C.A JUNIN getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eleuterio Cordeal hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in C.A JUNIN fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! Eleuterio Cordeal hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes C.A JUNIN got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Olentzaro. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kumpican's goalkeeper Tadeo Goi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Blas Gorosti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Lore in the 94th minute of the match.
