Alejandro Amaya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Odol Villacian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Desiderio Chus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes RACING CLUB DE AVELLANEDA got a freekick which was hit by Odol Villacian. After 42 minutes, Sixto Ostargi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RACING CLUB DE AVELLANEDA and the Blandengues players grew even worse after the yellow card. Blandengues's Isaias Lucado was substituted for Ramon Amato. Odol Villacian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Chus having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dante Benat to strike the kick off in the second half. Desiderio Chus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Ostargi, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Odol Villacian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sixto Ostargi in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Desiderio Chus saved Blandengues from getting behind. 63 minutes into the game, Dante Benat lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Benicio Nayely. Sixto Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to RACING CLUB DE AVELLANEDA getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Sixto Ostargi hit a great ball. RACING CLUB DE AVELLANEDA's Sixto Ostargi got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
