Campichuelo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Braulio Erramu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Lino Rojelio's late challenge caught a Skoda Xanthi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lino Rojelio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Skoda Xanthi FC's Braulio Erramu got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Askanios Demopoulos, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 13 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Camilo Frutos was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 18th match minute, Campichuelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Frutos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Maurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Askanios Demopoulos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Frutos. Campichuelo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Askanios Demopoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Askanios Demopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionisio Maurin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 37th minute. Skoda Xanthi FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dionisio Maurin might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Frutos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dionisio Maurin ran back to his position shaking his head. 38 minutes into the game, Dionisio Maurin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Camilo Frutos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Camilo Frutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Askanios Demopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When Braulio Erramu came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Skoda Xanthi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Erramu couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Askanios Demopoulos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58thth minute of the game Askanios Demopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Campichuelo's Camilo Frutos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 60th minute, Gilbert Kling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Frutos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Erramu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everardo Lixandro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marthin Lohm in the 63rd minute. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Braulio Erramu put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Camilo Frutos. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Jonny Ternstrand took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Everardo Lixandro to make any attempt to save it. Camilo Frutos came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Skoda Xanthi FC's Askanios Demopoulos. But to his dismay, Askanios Demopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. In the 77th minute Braulio Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Frutos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Braulio Erramu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Frutos. Campichuelo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Braulio Erramu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. 91 minutes into the game, Campichuelo's Jonny Ternstrand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Everardo Lixandro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Askanios Demopoulos in the 95th minute of play forced Campichuelo's goalkeeper Camilo Frutos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Askanios Demopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Skoda Xanthi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Askanios Demopoulos couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Skoda Xanthi FC fully deserved thier win.
