Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gonzalo Castel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Teodoro Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Raymond in the 3rd minute of play. When Patricio Seber fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Social Español's protests and gave Patricio Seber a yellow card for diving instead. After 6 played minutes Social Español got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Seber. 8 minutes into the match, Social Español's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Castel came free, but Teodoro Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abelardo Pueblo during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cienaguita getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Abelardo Pueblo hit a great ball. Teodoro Abadia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amancio Raymond went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Teodoro Abadia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clemente Florinio's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute of the game Gaudencio Madaleno made a throw-in which Amancio Raymond played forward. Clemente Florinio took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Abadia. Teodoro Abadia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Social Español's Teodoro Abadia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Castel in the 27th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Celestino Abalos threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cienaguita's Gaudencio Madaleno quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Gonzalo Castel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodoro Abadia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Gonzalo Castel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Teodoro Abadia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patricio Seber to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56thth minute of the game Patricio Seber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cienaguita's Joel Ipar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Clemente Florinio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cienaguita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Florinio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martin Urtsua hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Cienaguita's Clemente Florinio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Social Español. Gonzalo Castel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Teodoro Abadia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodoro Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Raymond in the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Cordario in the 73rd minute of play forced Social Español's goalkeeper Teodoro Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cienaguita's Natalio Cordario got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Social Español's goalkeeper Teodoro Abadia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonzalo Castel. 79 minutes into the game, Eugenio Montrel threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cienaguita's Abelardo Pueblo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Abelardo Pueblo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Abadia having to interfere. Joel Ipar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Seber in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th match minute, Cienaguita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Herrera to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Raymond in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute Albino Bittor suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Moises Herrera's late challenge caught a Social Español's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Herrera helped the player get up and apologised. Social Español's Lisandro Ibon was substituted for Albino Bittor. Cienaguita's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
