The Guampachata FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience was convinced that Mauricio Demesio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elvio Mercurio was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 23rd match minute, Guampachata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Demesio to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Fulgencio Berenguer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvio Mercurio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Berenguer in the 32nd minute of play forced Balde AFC's goalkeeper Elvio Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Fulgencio Berenguer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvio Mercurio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pascual Pes during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Balde AFC's Victoriano Raebert got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elvio Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Berenguer in the 41st minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fulgencio Berenguer to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Mauricio Demesio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elvio Mercurio, 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauricio Demesio got free with Elvio Mercurio in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute Cipriano Uzuri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Txerran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elvio Mercurio was a little too slow when Pascual Pes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-5. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Elvio Mercurio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fulgencio Berenguer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Elvio Mercurio made a huge save. Elvio Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Berenguer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elvio Mercurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Berenguer in the 73rd minute of the match. Guampachata FC's Dionisio Txerran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Raebert in the 74th minute of play. Elvio Mercurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Pes, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute, Fulgencio Berenguer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mauricio Demesio scored 0-6 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elvio Mercurio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Pes in the 83rd minute of play forced Balde AFC's goalkeeper Elvio Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dionisio Txerran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cipriano Uzuri's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celedonio Paz during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes Guampachata FC got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Paz. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guampachata FC's goalkeeper Dionisio Txerran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Balde AFC's Cipriano Uzuri in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match was over Guampachata FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Balde AFC throughout the match.
