Lázaro Sustrai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Berdaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the CLARA BERNAB3U FC defense, Gaston Iturri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwan Latkiewicz. The CLARA BERNAB3U FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwan Latkiewicz should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Progresso booed when CLARA BERNAB3U FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Quintana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Iwan Latkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Iturri in the 51st minute of play. In the 51st minute, Epifanio Quintana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in CLARA BERNAB3U FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Iwan Latkiewicz, was totally fooled by Progresso's Ignacio Garcia, who 60 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Delmar Xacintus short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Iwan Latkiewicz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Iwan Latkiewicz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gaston Iturri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 72 minute of play. After 76 played minutes Progresso got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Chico. CLARA BERNAB3U FC's Iwan Latkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Chico in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute of the match Progresso got a corner. CLARA BERNAB3U FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmar Xacintu got free with Iwan Latkiewicz in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, CLARA BERNAB3U FC's Iwan Latkiewicz got control of the ball when Delmar Xacintu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iwan Latkiewicz was a little too slow when Gaston Iturri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 0-7. After having played for 95 minutes, Delmar Xacintu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Progresso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Xacintu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CLARA BERNAB3U FC's Iwan Latkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Chico in the 97th minute of play. After having played for 98 minutes, Marciano Berdaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CLARA BERNAB3U FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Berdaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Progresso left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CLARA BERNAB3U FC.
