Nepes FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignacio Felipillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Cayastá's Hilario Frutos got a free kick in the 7th minute. Alberto Mateo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Roderigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Mateo went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 16th minute, Silvio Odol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ignacio Felipillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Isaac Cordarell when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Ceferino Ebardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nepes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ceferino Ebardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Roderigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Cayastá's Isidoro Gorri got a free kick in the 25th minute. Nepes FC's Isaac Cordarell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Nepes FC from getting a goal against them. After 32 played minutes Nepes FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Inko. In the 33rd minute of the match Anibal Kusko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isaac Cordarell showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ignacio Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Cordarell having to interfere. Emanuel Rayman hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Cayastá's Anibal Kusko couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nepes FC. In the 45th minute, Basilio Aires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaac Cordarell was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Mateo was the one to do the kick off. Gaston Monte hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ceferino Ebardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Roderigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Nepes FC's Isaac Cordarell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Felipillo in the 58th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Nepes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Hegoi to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Nepes FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ermegildo Hegoi hit a great ball. Ignacio Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Cordarell having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Basilio Aires's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaac Cordarell was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Ermegildo Hegoi hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Samuel Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Cayastá's Ignacio Felipillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isaac Cordarell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Basilio Aires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Cordarell having to interfere. Basilio Aires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Isaac Cordarell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Aires in the 81st minute of play forced Nepes FC's goalkeeper Isaac Cordarell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basilio Aires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Isaac Cordarell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Cordarell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Basilio Aires's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. The supporters of Cayastá booed when Nepes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Hegoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignacio Felipillo scored 3-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaac Cordarell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isaac Cordarell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Aires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Cayastá's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Mateo came free, but Ciro Roderigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
