The supporters of san la muerte f.c booed when Philipps AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Lalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Philipps AFC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Abel Cordairo hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romulo Gai during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes san la muerte f.c got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Gai. If Eusebio Benvide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Beliran having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Abel Cordairo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Philipps AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Cordairo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fermin Dimo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a left leg Remigio Beliran saved Philipps AFC from getting behind. 69 minutes into the game, Eusebio Benvide recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Remigio Beliran. Eusebio Benvide showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as san la muerte f.c's Eusebio Benvide slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Remigio Beliran. That made the score 0-4 after 84 minutes of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Eusebio Benvide managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. san la muerte f.c's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebio Benvide was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ruperto Matei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Philipps AFC defense, Eusebio Benvide kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remigio Beliran. The Philipps AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remigio Beliran should have stopped the shot. san la muerte f.c played a much better game than Philipps AFC and deserved their victory. The Philipps AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
