The tension between the La GLoRiOSa and the Amaná AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes La GLoRiOSa got a freekick which was hit by Dante Orain. Eliseo Pueblo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Orain in the 22nd minute of play. La GLoRiOSa's Bruno Ciano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leonardo Boniel, made in the 25th minute of the game. Eliseo Pueblo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Orain in the 26th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Victor Tabor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37 minutes of play, Amaná AFC's Victor Tabor made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Sauveur was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Victor Tabor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, La GLoRiOSa's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Lope came free, but Isaac Sauveur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimeno Aurken struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Isaac Sauveur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amaná AFC. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Amaná AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
