An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Toro in the 3rd minute of play forced Latero's goalkeeper Honorato Haimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Narciso Dominguez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saverio Rosario was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Saverio Rosario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso Dominguez went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Fracrau booed when Latero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Gau didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 played minutes Latero got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Luzaide. Fermin Patrido took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Honorato Haimar. Latero's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Everardo Ursino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Saverio Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Narciso Dominguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hector Colas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Vicente Toro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everardo Ursino took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saverio Rosario. Saverio Rosario dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Honorato Haimar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hector Colas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 91 minute of play. After 95 minutes, Marcelino Gau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Latero and the Fracrau players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcelino Gau hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Latero walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
