Ramon Urtsua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Abeita having to interfere. After some careless play in the Los Angeles defense, Ildefonso Txaran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Abeita. The Los Angeles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Abeita should have stopped the shot. Daniel Abeita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cecilio Guzman in the 27th minute. Jonathan Chico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Kaxen in the 28th minute of play. Club Atletico Joaquin were furious when 雷军磊 was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramon Urtsua to make the kick off. Jonathan Chico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Kaxen, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Vladimiro Conrao's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Chico firmly grabbed it by the left post. Daniel Abeita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Urtsua's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Jonathan Chico made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Vladimiro Conrao sent off a good shot on target. Club Atletico Joaquin's Jonathan Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Montxo in the 60th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Urtsua in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Abeita saved Los Angeles from getting behind. Rogelio Amor charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogelio Amor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Los Angeles getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Rogelio Amor hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Vladimiro Conrao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st match minute, Los Angeles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Amor to maneuver through the defense. Club Atletico Joaquin's Jonathan Chico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Joaquin from getting a goal against them. Daniel Abeita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Urtsua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atletico Joaquin walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
