When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roberto Basajaun made a kick off. Anastasio Matai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Jose Cutberto made a huge save. In the 58th minute, Anastasio Matai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jose Cutberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The supporters of G.I.O. booed when Remedios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Urti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remedios's Octavio Florian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Chesus in the 67th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angel Gai during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 71 played minutes G.I.O. got a freekick which was hit by Angel Gai. Jose Cutberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anastasio Matai in the 73rd minute.
