Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adrian Lando got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Matias Sarracino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epifanio Loren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Errapel, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Epifanio Loren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Errapel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Damian Rocendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Quilino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Sarracino was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Tortugas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of C.A. Defensores Del Oeste:s goal. When Tortugas's Adrian Lando in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A. Defensores Del Oeste's goalie prevented a goal. 30 minutes into the match, Tortugas's Damian Rocendo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raul Quilino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Matias Iraido kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Gaudencio Avellaneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, C.A. Defensores Del Oeste's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Rocendo came free, but Raul Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fernan Errapel made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Damian Rocendo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Raul Quilino. That made the score 0-1 in the 53 minute of play. In the 57th minute Fernan Errapel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Loren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Rocendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Raul Quilino was a little too slow when Damian Rocendo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-2. Damian Rocendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Damian Rocendo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Epifanio Loren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Errapel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute of the match Sixto Lizar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raul Quilino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adrian Lando might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raul Quilino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adrian Lando ran back to his position shaking his head. When Damian Rocendo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Tortugas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Rocendo couldn't finish the play. Adrian Lando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Raul Quilino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Lorenzo Fero had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 90 minutes into the game, Celestino Gabino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tortugas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Defensores Del Oeste the free kick. Joaquin Abecia kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Gaudencio Avellaneda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Defensores Del Oeste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Avellaneda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The C.A. Defensores Del Oeste fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tortugas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
