Hipolito Rios started the match with the kick off. When Bernabe Polo fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Patagones AFC's protests and gave Bernabe Polo a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Patagones AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Polo. In the 7th minute Cristian Baumer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vahur Annion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 minutes, Cristian Baumer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patagones AFC and the Niquivil FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 played minutes Patagones AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Baumer. Maximo Roldan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Ongile in the 12th minute. With 13 minutes on the clock, Deng Kun Ran commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Deng Kun Ran hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Cristian Baumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Niquivil FC's zone, Cristian Baumer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vahur Annion came out of the goal and Cristian Baumer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Patagones AFC booed when Niquivil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Haeger didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Patagones AFC's Cristian Baumer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vahur Annion made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Vahur Annion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Segundo Errando went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 43 played minutes Patagones AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Artal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Niquivil FC's Flavio Ongile got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Niquivil FC's Hipolito Rios got a free kick in the 55th minute. Maximo Roldan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Ongile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the game, Sergio Urtats recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vahur Annion. Sergio Urtats showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Vahur Annion successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bernabe Polo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 67th playminute. Sergio Urtats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahur Annion having to interfere. Maximino Eliazar made in the 88th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sergio Urtats. Patagones AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
