After a rather tough play, Agrelo's Pascual Leoiar got a free kick in the 7th minute. Armando Maradona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Jorge Feliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Eli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. A hard shot 13 in the game by Armando Maradona from a close distance when the talented Jorge Feliz managed to make a qualified save. Agrelo's players were relieved. Agrelo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Maximiliano Arnalt scored to the left of an out of position Jorge Feliz, making the score, 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Maximiliano Arnalt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Malvinas FC's Vedran Mikulić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Eli in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Eli in the 29th minute of play forced Malvinas FC's goalkeeper Vedran Mikulić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Armando Maradona got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Maximiliano Arnalt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malvinas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Arnalt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Alvaro Matxin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agrelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Matxin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vedran Mikulić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armando Maradona made a kick off. Jorge Feliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiliano Arnalt's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Alvaro Matxin could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Vedran Mikulić however easily saved by the left post. Jorge Feliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Maradona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vedran Mikulić made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Alvaro Matxin sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute, Severo Vergaray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Generoso Senin during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jorge Feliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Maradona in the 84th minute of play.
