When Daniel Camerino came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the MegaPincha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Camerino couldn't finish the play. In the 8th match minute, MegaPincha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Orain to maneuver through the defense. If Daniel Camerino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 14 minutes, Daniel Camerino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MegaPincha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Camerino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to MegaPincha getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Roberto Orain hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luciano Hurko got free with Guillermo Baleren in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Guillermo Baleren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bernardo Tiso might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnulfo Bazil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Tiso ran back to his position shaking his head. Roberto Orain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Arnulfo Bazil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bernardo Tiso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Bernardo Tiso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Bazil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnulfo Bazil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Camerino in the 40th minute of play. Gervasio Cuarto hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Bernardo Tiso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardo Tiso to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnulfo Bazil was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Camerino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 52 minute of play. Guillermo Baleren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Menendo in the 56th minute of play. Sixto Uxio kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sixto Uxio during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arnulfo Bazil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. MegaPincha's Guillermo Baleren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Hurko in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Brujas booed when MegaPincha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Orain didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes, Brujas's Elias Manni shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Guillermo Baleren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brujas reached it. Daniel Camerino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
