Gervasio Cuarto kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, MegaPincha's goalkeeper Guillermo Baleren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nereo Abeitia. 13 minutes into the match, MegaPincha's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Tino came free, but Guillermo Baleren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aristides Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Tiso, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Jonas Tino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santos Guib charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Guib the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Temperley Lokura getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Santos Guib hit a great ball. Gervasio Cuarto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aristides Eztebe. Temperley Lokura's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Temperley Lokura's Aristides Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Tiso in the 28th minute of play. Bernardo Tiso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of MegaPincha booed when Temperley Lokura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Gizon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Temperley Lokura's Nereo Abeitia got a free kick in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Temperley Lokura's zone, Fabian Veremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Eztebe came out of the goal and Fabian Veremundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Tino to strike the kick off in the second half. Guillermo Baleren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Abeitia in the 53rd minute of the match. Aristides Eztebe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Veremundo's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. A collision led to Temperley Lokura getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Santos Guib hit a great ball. After 60 minutes of play Temperley Lokura's Santos Guib was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After having played for 84 minutes, Fabian Veremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MegaPincha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Veremundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nereo Abeitia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Guillermo Baleren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
