Carlos Gutierrez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Guerrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute, Theofanis Vidalis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernardo Furtado. The goal made the score 2-0. Bernardo Furtado was a little too slow when Theofanis Vidalis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 3-0. When Nío FC's Ruperto Abascal in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Facundo AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Carlos Gutierrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Abascal in the 35th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carolo Quintana during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Nío FC's Bonifacio Montxo tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Theofanis Vidalis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The attack was good, but when Domingos Paio in the 48th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal.

54 minutes into the match, Nío FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juha-Pekka Lagerblom came free, but Bernardo Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 58 minutes, Theofanis Vidalis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Facundo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Theofanis Vidalis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Juha-Pekka Lagerblom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Facundo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Theofanis Vidalis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Furtado having to interfere. Bernardo Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juha-Pekka Lagerblom in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of Nío FC booed when Facundo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Furtado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Nío FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Vladimiro Mano hit a great ball. A hard and well directed shot from Cesar Leobardo led 87 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Nío FC's Bernardo Furtado became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 6-0. Juha-Pekka Lagerblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Facundo AFC fully deserved thier win.
