The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Cayetano Ikatz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Everardo Jokin was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cipriano Breogan got free with Pascual Teofilio in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jonas Alén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Everardo Jokin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Ikatz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Alén in the 32nd minute of play forced Deportivo Bidón's goalkeeper Pascual Teofilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascual Teofilio stood somewhat misplaced when Jonas Alén came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 32 minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Benat in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Jokin saved Durañona AFC from getting behind.

The wind increased when Jonas Alén made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Jonas Alén cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Pascual Teofilio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cayetano Ikatz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Everardo Jokin made a huge save. Everardo Jokin stood somewhat misplaced when Cayetano Ikatz came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 58 minute. The supporters of Durañona AFC booed when Deportivo Bidón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Ekaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Alén in the 77th minute of play forced Deportivo Bidón's goalkeeper Pascual Teofilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Bidón's Pascual Teofilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Breogan in the 82nd minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Cipriano Breogan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pascual Teofilio. Deportivo Bidón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cipriano Breogan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Pascual Teofilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Eneko in the 87th minute of the match. Rafael Innocenzio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Cayetano Ikatz came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Deportivo Bidón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cayetano Ikatz couldn't finish the play. Many of Deportivo Bidón's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Deportivo Bidón may have spent more time on the ball, but Durañona AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
