Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enzo Iratxo started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Katmandú getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Julio Inguma hit a great ball. Baldomiro Canor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Inguma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Katmandú's Niceto Muno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Edgard Fanuco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Iratxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eulalio Quinteros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Edgard Fanuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Argider charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivan Argider the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ivan Argider hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Edgard Fanuco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Baldomiro Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Inguma in the 23rd minute of play. When Julio Inguma came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Katmandú fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Inguma couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Katmandú's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Quinteros came free, but Edgard Fanuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Inguma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Canor having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Katmandú's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Iratxo came free, but Edgard Fanuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Katmandú's Julio Inguma got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Medrano FC's zone, Mutlualp Yamanoz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomiro Canor came out of the goal and Mutlualp Yamanoz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Inguma struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Baldomiro Canor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Katmandú. Patricio Llorenc took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgard Fanuco. Katmandú's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julio Inguma made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Katmandú's goalkeeper Edgard Fanuco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eulalio Quinteros. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Julio Inguma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Katmandú's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Inguma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Canor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niceto Muno scored 2-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomiro Canor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Inguma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Katmandú's goalkeeper Edgard Fanuco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, Mutlualp Yamanoz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Medrano FC's Baldomiro Canor. Baldomiro Canor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Medrano FC's Baldomiro Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Inguma in the 76th minute of play. A hard shot by Patricio Llorenc from long distance, 79 minutes into the match, got Edgard Fanuco's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Baldomiro Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Inguma in the 80th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eulalio Quinteros got free with Edgard Fanuco in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Medrano FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Patricio Llorenc hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Julio Inguma made a precise shot to the right of Baldomiro Canor. Medrano FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. If Julio Inguma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Katmandú's Julio Inguma got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Katmandú walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
