Altamira Futbol Club's Cecilio Jokin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Oro in the 18th minute of play. Totoralejos FC's Albino Javiero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Rius in the 21st minute of play. Altamira Futbol Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Leo Sengrat scored to the left of an out of position Cecilio Jokin, making the score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Altamira Futbol Club's zone, Zeledon Udalaitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Jokin came out of the goal and Zeledon Udalaitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Diego Montez fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Totoralejos FC's protests and gave Diego Montez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute of the match Hector Bartoleme sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albino Javiero skillfully saved the ball. If Froilan Bernad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Domingos Corderun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altamira Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Domingos Corderun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albino Javiero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baldomiro Oro to strike the kick off in the second half. Cecilio Jokin came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Totoralejos FC's Zeledon Udalaitz. But to his dismay, Zeledon Udalaitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Udalaitz in the 63rd minute of play forced Altamira Futbol Club's goalkeeper Cecilio Jokin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silverio Henrico's late challenge caught a Totoralejos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silverio Henrico helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Altamira Futbol Club getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Silverio Henrico hit a great ball. If Zeledon Udalaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cecilio Jokin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Udalaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Totoralejos FC's Baldomiro Oro in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Altamira Futbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. If Emilio Beturian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute Hector Bartoleme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Javiero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Javiero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector Bartoleme went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the match, Totoralejos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Rius came free, but Albino Javiero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cecilio Jokin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Oro in the 91st minute of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Baldomiro Oro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Totoralejos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Oro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Totoralejos FC booed when Altamira Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Chus didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Totoralejos FC could leave the field as winners, despite Altamira Futbol Club having more of the ball for most of the match.
