Bombal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Sabino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th match minute, Oliden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Loiola to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th match minute, Bombal AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Gauargi to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes, Oliden's Maximino Bonadona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Martin Rios came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Oliden reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Gombal in the 15th minute of play forced Oliden's goalkeeper Martin Incendio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cecilio Guerau kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Venancio Estebano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oliden's supporters rose to their feet, but Venancio Estebano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Rios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bombal AFC's Igor Gombal got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Federico Sabino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bombal AFC's Martin Rios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Estebano in the 28th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Jose Gines was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oliden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bombal AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Oliden's Jose Gines got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute of the match Tomás Gauargi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Incendio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Igor Gombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Abel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliden's Jonatan Ascencio got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Igor Gombal made the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes, Venancio Estebano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oliden and the Bombal AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Igor Gombal struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Martin Incendio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bombal AFC. Martin Incendio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Sabino, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The supporters of Oliden booed when Bombal AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Indalecio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute of the match Maximino Bonadona sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Rios skillfully saved the ball. Gilberto Faron kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Jonatan Ascencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Martin Rios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venancio Estebano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Venancio Estebano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 played minutes Bombal AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Martinez. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Jonatan Ascencio managed to get in a good position for a shot.
