After 9 minutes of play, Fishbones's Emanuel Txomin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miguel Ralondo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Aparicio Saez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karol Walczyk. That made the score 1-1 in the 12 minute of play. Severino Piearres's late challenge caught a Fishbones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severino Piearres helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, Merlot Vintage was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Piearres to maneuver through the defense. Severino Piearres hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Aparicio Saez charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aparicio Saez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aparicio Saez hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Richard Duarte hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute Emanuel Txomin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Ralondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fishbones's zone, Celso Gabino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Walczyk came out of the goal and Celso Gabino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Ralondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Txomin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Agustin Belasko kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, Fishbones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Orkatz to maneuver through the defense. Karol Walczyk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aparicio Saez's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute Aparicio Saez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Walczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Milosz Chludzinski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Aparicio Saez put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Karol Walczyk. Aparicio Saez scored 5-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karol Walczyk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute, Milosz Chludzinski made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Ralondo. Merlot Vintage's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. 85 minutes into the game, Merlot Vintage's Aparicio Saez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karol Walczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. Richard Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Txomin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Miguel Ralondo made a huge save. Miguel Ralondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Chludzinski in the 95th minute of play. Merlot Vintage were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fishbones for a fine match.
